Pennylane is seeking an IT Manager to lead the IT Projects team and own our internal IT platforms, ensuring a secure and scalable environment for thousands of employees. You’ll drive cross-functional projects, automate repetitive tasks, and partner with Security and Compliance to uphold high standards.

You will collaborate with IT Support, Security, and Finance Security teams to continuously improve the employee experience, maintain reliability, and support Pennylane’s growth across Europe.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading IT/projects teams in a corporate environment.
• Strong ability to manage internal IT platforms and drive improvements.
• Experience implementing security/compliance standards in an SaaS company.

Responsabilités

• Lead the IT Projects team and scale internal IT platforms.
• Collaborate with IT Support, Security, Application Security and Finance Security teams.
• Drive cross-functional IT projects and automation to improve operations.
• Ensure ISO 27001 and related security practices are applied.
