Jobtailor in Toulouse is seeking a digital transformation consultant to support accounting teams by deploying Pennylane and optimizing the tool within our central offices.

You will configure the solution, train users, and provide advanced support while handling multiple projects concurrently. The ideal candidate holds a Bac+3 to Bac+5 and has initial experience in accounting or ERP implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting/finance/IS or related field.
• Initial experience in an accounting firm or with implementing accounting tools/ERPs.
• Proficiency with Pennylane or a similar tool.
• Strong understanding of accounting processes (A/R, A/P, VAT, closes).
• Familiarity with APIs, SQL, and automation.

• You will be the primary contact for the Pennylane solution.
• You will support accounting teams and clients in the deployment and optimization of the tool.
• Analyze needs and scope Pennylane integration projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in accounting, finance, information systems, or related field.
• Proven initial experience in an accounting firm or implementing accounting tools/ERPs.
• Proficiency with Pennylane or a similar tool.
• Strong understanding of accounting processes (accounts receivable, accounts payable, VAT, period closes).
• Comfortable with digital environments and SaaS tools.
• Familiarity with accounting data flows, APIs, SQL, and automation.
• Strong teaching skills, customer service orientation, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Autonomy, organizational skills, and analytical mindset.
• Team spirit and strong interest in digitalization.
