Jobtailor in Toulouse is inviting applicants to join our digital transformation journey as a Pennylane specialist. You will support accounting teams and clients in deploying and optimizing Pennylane, analyze needs, and scope integration projects.

You will configure accounts, workflows, automations, and banking, ensure data migration, and run functional testing. You will design user training, create materials and documentation, and guide onboarding.

Qualifications

• Degree Bac+3 to Bac+5 in accounting, finance or IT.
• Experience in an accounting firm or deploying accounting tools/ERP.
• Proficiency with Pennylane or a comparable solution.
• Strong understanding of AR, AP, VAT and closings.

Responsabilités

• Be the Pennylane solution reference and support accounting teams and clients.
• Analyze needs and scope Pennylane integration projects.
• Configure the solution: chart of accounts, workflows, automations, banking.
• Ensure data migration and perform functional acceptance testing.
• Design and deliver user training; create training materials and documentation.
• Support user onboarding and promote team autonomy.
• Provide advanced functional support after deployment.
• Monitor adoption, analyze usage, and recommend improvements.
• Identify obstacles and develop support plans; coordinate internal teams.
• Ensure deadlines, quality and client satisfaction.
