Lengow, an intelligent e-commerce platform, seeks an IT Manager to own the internal IT environment for 150 employees across Nantes, Paris and Barcelona. You’ll blend hands-on operations with strategic projects, report to the CTO, and mentor an IT apprentice while coordinating external providers.

You’ll manage Windows, macOS, Linux, Google Workspace, and Active Directory in a multi-site setting. You’ll drive security, identity, network and SaaS governance, aiming for reliable, scalable

Qualifications

• Strong administration skills in an enterprise collaboration environment such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Active Directory, including DNS, DHCP and LDAP
• Good knowledge of identity and access management, including SSO, SAML, MFA and role-based access
• Strong knowledge of Windows and good operational knowledge of macOS and Linux
• Experience with endpoint management and security, including patching, encryption and antivirus solutions
• Strong networking fundamentals: switching, routing, VLANs, Wi-Fi, firewalls and VPN/ZTNA technologies
• Knowledge of IT asset management and IT service management processes
• Ability to troubleshoot complex systems, network, endpoint and identity issues

Responsabilités

• Ensure the continuity and quality of internal IT services.
• Manage and prioritise support requests and operational incidents.
• Support employees across Windows, macOS and Linux environments.
• Coordinate escalations with software, hardware and service providers.
• Define and monitor service levels, recurring incidents and operational priorities.
• Support and guide the IT apprentice in daily operations.
