Interpreting Solutions is seeking a Business Development Manager to accelerate growth by winning new clients and expanding strategic partnerships across international markets. You will drive new business, nurture relationships with decision-makers, and lead full sales cycles from prospecting to closure.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and market insight, with the ability to tailor language solutions to client needs in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong experience in sales, business development, account management, or a similar commercial role.
• Proven ability to generate leads, win new business, and grow customer relationships.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to identify needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Commercial awareness with a good understanding of market trends and business opportunities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• Strong English skills and fluency in the relevant customer language(s).
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategies to expand revenue within existing customer accounts.
• Research market trends, industry developments, and emerging opportunities to strengthen our competitive positioning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Understand client needs and recommend tailored interpreting and language solutions that deliver value.
• Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and long-term customer success.
