Dashdoc is seeking an SDR to join our growth team and drive new business opportunities, with a strong focus on expanding into the US market. You will identify leads, qualify needs, and pass the most promising prospects to the field sales team for timely follow-up.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine personas, messaging, and acquisition strategies. You’ll report activities in HubSpot, use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools, and continuously improve scripts and sequences.
As an SDR at Dashdoc, you are on the front line of our sales strategy. You identify opportunities, qualify needs, and pass the most promising leads on to our field sales team.
You play a key role in accelerating our growth and expanding into new markets, specifically the US market.
Identify and prospect new leads through multiple channels: cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, events, etc.
Qualify outbound leads: understand their challenges, level of maturity, and potential.
Schedule qualified meetings for the field sales team and ensure a smooth handover.
Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine personas, messaging, and acquisition strategies.
Contribute to continuous improvement: tools, processes, prospecting scripts, and email sequences.
Ensure clear and accurate reporting of your activity in our CRM (HubSpot).

Native-level english proficiencyExperience living in the USA is a is a plusFamiliarity with American business culture and communication styles is a plusYou are curious, well-organized, and results-oriented.You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.You are comfortable with cold calling and see objections as challenges to overcome.You bring positive energy and a team spirit; you enjoy learning and sharing knowledge.You are comfortable using modern tools (CRM, sequencing tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).Experience in the transport or logistics sector is a plus, but not required.
