LVMH invites applications for an Internship - E-Business Performance Analyst in Paris. You will support the E-Commerce Performance team by analyzing traffic, conversion, and sales, and assist in seasonal forecasts with Digital, E-commerce and Omnichannel colleagues.

The ideal candidate is enrolled in a Master’s program (Bac+4/5) in Business or Finance, with excellent Excel skills, strong numeric focus and the ability to work autonomously in an international luxury environment.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Master’s program (Bac+4/5) in Business, Finance or Controlling.
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills with a strong numbers orientation.
  • Rigorous in definition and handling of data.
  • Good interpersonal skills for an international team.
  • Proficient in Excel; knowledge of website analytics tools a plus (GA, Power BI).

Responsabilités

  • Monitor KPIs: traffic, conversion, and sales across regions and categories.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to optimize e-commerce journeys.
  • Support weekly/daily communications on e-commerce performance.
  • Conduct ad-hoc studies and benchmarks for regions.
  • Assist in defining sales forecasts by zone/category and in OTB planning.

INTERNSHIP - E-Business Performance Analyst - H/F

Context:

Within the Digital Department, you will assist the E-Commerce Business Performance team in identifying business opportunities and risks by leveraging your analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends and conduct analyses to enable short-term actions in close collaboration with the various Digital, E-commerce and Omnichannel teams centrally and locally. Your responsibilities will further include supporting the definition and monthly updating of sales forecasts by zone/category to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Job responsibilities
  • BUSINESS MONITORING
  • Assist in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) including traffic, conversion rate and sales across regions and product categories to identify areas for optimization in collaboration with the various Digital, E-commerce and Omnichannel teams.
  • Leverage and capitalize on available dashboards and tools to provide actionable recommendations aimed at increasing the efficiency of the E-commerce purchase journeys by analyzing the different stages of the purchase funnel (from traffic acquisition to conversion).
  • Support in the preparation of weekly and daily communications on E-commerce performance shared with the various Digital, E-commerce and Omnichannel teams centrally and locally.
  • Conduct in-depth “ad-hoc” studies and benchmarks to support regions on specific issues.
  • BUSINESS PLANNING
  • Assist in the definition of sales forecast by zone and product category, ensuring alignment with overall objectives and best estimates.
  • Support during the monthly sales forecast process by monitoring business trends and conducting various analyses across product categories/countries to help improve the forecast accuracy.
  • Contribute to the definition of the E-commerce OTB (open-to-buy) in collaboration with central E-Merchandising and Business Planning teams.
Profile
  • You are currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program (Bac+4/5) in Business, Finance or Controlling.
  • You have excellent analytical and synthesis skills, and a strong interest in numbers. You are rigorous in their definition and handling.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills that enable you to thrive in an international team.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and with high proactivity.
  • You have good understanding of digital activities and E-commerce.
  • Prior experience within the luxury industry is a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge and skills in Excel are required.
  • A good understanding of website analytics tools is a plus (Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.).
