Job summary

Parfums Christian Dior in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France is seeking a Europe Retail Education Manager to design and lead training programs for Retail Managers and Boutique Managers across 22 European markets, focusing on performance, client experience and leadership in both retail and wholesale environments.

Reporting to the Europe Retail Education Director, you will coordinate with HR, Marketing and Commercial teams to ensure consistency, measure training impact, and coach store leaders to embody

Qualifications

• Graduate of a business school or equivalent.
• 5–8 years in premium/luxury retail with Boutique/Retail Manager experience.
• Experience in training, coaching and field support.
• Fluent English mandatory; second European language optional.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy training content for Retail teams in boutiques and wholesale.
• Design coherent training paths aligned with Europe Retail & Client Experience strategy.
• Coordinate with HR, Marketing and Commercial teams across Europe.
• Lead training and onboarding sessions in English and French for Retail Managers.
• Coach and develop trainers, animate the European community of trainers.
• Measure training impact on retail performance and report findings.
