You will gain broad experience across Shopping Center Management, Investment Management, M&A and more, with an emphasis on leadership and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from a top-ranked business or engineering school.
• Strong analytical skills & business sense (financial analysis, business modeling).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Not afraid to bring your own ideas and challenge the status quo.
• Enthusiasm, passion and commitment in projects.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and high level of rigor.
• Curious about real estate industry and its challenges.
• Interest in international mobility.
• Fluent in business-level French and English; at least one additional language.

Responsabilités

• Three assignments across core business functions with international exposure.
• Work on real projects from Day 1 and contribute to leadership development.
• Participate in URW Academy and mentorship programs to grow potential.
• Collaborate within a human-scale, CAC 40-listed group.
