UNIQLO invites talented graduates to join its Management Candidate (UMC) Graduate Programme in France. You’ll begin on the shop floor to understand customers, products, and world-class operations, then progress into supervisory roles and, finally, participate in strategic store decisions with the Store Manager.

The program offers mentoring, training in store operations, and opportunities for rapid progression, with relocation support and a broad list of locations across France.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree with permanent work authorization in France.
• Ready to start full-time in March or September 2027.
• Minimum B2 level in English and French.
• Flexible to work weekends and varied shifts.
• Open to relocation within France.

Responsabilités

• Immerse yourself in store operations to learn customers, products, and operations.
• Lead teams on the shop floor during supervision stage.
• Support sales analytics, KPI performance, and inventory planning across rotations.
