Programme Structure
Months 1-4 | Discover the Business & Master the Foundations:

You'll begin by immersing yourself in the engine of UNIQLO: our stores. Your learning will happen directly on the shop floor rather than in an office setting. This is where you'll build a deep understanding of our customers, our products, and what makes our operations world-class.

  • Product category management
Months 5-6 | Step into Leadership

As a supervisor, you'll begin leading teams on the shop floor, influencing performance, and owning your first commercial responsibilities. This stage develops your leadership stance, building trust, driving results, and bringing out the best in the people around you.

You'll take on:

  • Team coordination & daily planning
  • Developing the performance of your colleagues
  • Operational excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Ownership of a key subdivision, ensuring day to day performance
Months 7-12 | Drive the Business

In your final rotation, on top of maintaining a strong presence on the shop floor as an assistant manager, you'll work alongside the Store Manager to influence commercial decisions and operational strategy.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Sales analytics & KPI performance
  • Inventory & commercial planning
  • Layout optimization & store standards
  • Workforce planning aligned with sales forecasts
  • Team development & succession planning
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary, guaranteed bonus & group profit sharing
  • Full-time permanent contract
  • 30% staff discount across all Fast-Retailing brands

  • Ready to start full-time in March or September 2027
  • Minimum B2 level in English and French
  • Flexible to work weekends and varied shifts
  • Open to relocation within France
Selection Process:
  • Step 1: Online Assessments (Including English and French proficiency tests)
  • Step 2: In Person Group Assessment Centre (If you apply to multiple markets, you will need to attend just one country)
