Job summary

NG Biotech, based in Guipry-Messac, Brittany, France, develops rapid diagnostic tests for antimicrobial resistance, women's health and infectious diseases. We seek an International Sales Manager to own commercial development across global markets, grow sales, recruit and develop distributors, and translate local insights into actionable international strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering or related field.
• Proven international sales experience in Life Sciences, Clinical Diagnostics or Medical Devices.
• Experience managing international distributors.
• Strong business development, negotiation and communication skills.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluent English; additional languages helpful.
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to balance strategy and execution.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a focused commercial growth plan for international markets.
• Identify new business and market opportunities.
• Recruit, onboard and develop distributors.
• Set sales objectives and support distributors in achieving them.
• Conduct business reviews and monitor forecasts, action plans and KPIs.
• Build long-term relationships with distributors and customers.
• Coordinate projects with internal teams and keep CRM data up to date.
• Equip distributor teams to communicate value of NG Biotech solutions.
• Represent NG Biotech at trade shows and international events.
