Job summary

BD Grenoble seeks a commercially oriented professional to partner with healthcare establishments, evaluating, designing, and implementing microbiology and diagnostic solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to optimize laboratory processes, boost performance, and drive adoption of innovative workflows, delivering durable health outcomes.

The role requires consulting expertise, project management, and customer-focused execution, contributing to BD's value creation in health tech.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support for diagnostic/healthcare products.
• Knowledge of diagnostic microbiology and BD IDS product ranges.
• Familiarity with Lean Management methodologies.
• Ability to manage projects and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using common IT tools and BD internal processes.
• English: reading, speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and define the optimized laboratory solution.
• Propose lab organization around the chosen solution.
• Propose an IT architecture enabling deployment.
• Identify external partners to optimize the solution.
• Oversee development and deployment from design to routine use.
• Use available tools for design and projection of the solution.
• Work in project mode with Waters ADx and EMEA Customer & Workflow Solution teams.
• Contribute to developing tools for laboratory flow analysis.
