With at least 8 years in investment banking and a higher education, you will support management, assess risks, and develop market intelligence.

POSITION AND MISSIONS

You will join the "International Coordination" team within the Acquisition & Strategic Finance (ASF) department of Natixis' Investment Banking / Real Asset (IB/RA) division. In this team, you coordinate the activity of international teams based in Europe, Asia and the US in terms of leveraged finance (LBO), corporate acquisition finance and private equity sponsor finance (NAV financing).

On a daily basis, your tasks are to:

• Support ASF’s management and origination teams to achieve business development objectives;
• Supporting teams in the context of new transactions;
• Ensure good control of risks and propose recommendations on transactions presented to commercial and credit committees;
• Develop ASF’s market intelligence on leveraged finance.

Perspectives and strengths of the position:
