Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking is seeking six Equity & Debt Consulting Analysts for 6‑month internships in Paris. You will support mandates, contribute to marketing and origination, and perform financial modeling and valuation across sectors such as Energy Transition, Telecoms & Tech, and Transport & Environment.

Strong Excel, Bloomberg, and English skills are essential. Internships are offered with multiple start dates (January, March, July, September 2027).

Qualifications

• As a BAC +4/5 level student, pursuing a degree in finance or business.
• Prior experience in M&A / investment banking is preferred.
• Strong command of Office tools and financial databases.

Responsabilités

• Support active mandates: draft Teasers, Information Memorandums, and Management Presentations.
• Assist marketing and origination: sector analysis, pitches, and asset valuation.
• Perform financial modeling and firm/asset valuation.
• Access financial databases such as Mergermarket, Refinitiv, Bloomberg, Wood Mackenzie.
