Natixis NY Branch in Paris is seeking a Senior Structurer/Originator for its Fund Financing team. You will originate, structure and distribute financing solutions such as EBF, Hybrid and NAV to diverse clients.

You will build strong client, investor and co-lender relationships while coordinating with internal partners to execute transactions and monitor risk. The role supports growth of Natixis' Fund Financing franchise and its European Global Markets activities.

Qualifications

• Higher education in finance with 4–7 years in fund financing or structured finance.
• Experience in origination and structuring of fund financing solutions (EBF, Hybrid, NAV).
• Strong interpersonal skills, fluent English (C1).

Job Description

You are joining the team of Fund Financing as Senior Structurer / Originator within a team of four seasoned professionals, whose mission is to provide tailored financial solutions to investment funds (including Equity Bridge financing, hybrid structures and NAV financing).

On a daily basis, your tasks are to:

• Originate, structure and distribute fund financing solutions (EBF, NAV, etc.) to existing and new clients;

• Promote and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors and co-lenders;

• Execute transactions in close coordination with internal partners (legal, risk, middle office);

• Ensure the post-closing follow-up of client requests and actively manage the portfolio’s risk profile;

• Collaborate on the development of new innovative financial products with other Natixis teams.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

With a higher education in finance, you have at least 4 to 7 years of experience in fund financing or structured finance functions.

You master:

• The origination and structuring of fund financing solutions (EBF, Hybrid, NAV);
• The execution and negotiation of complex financial transactions;
• The functioning of private capital markets.

You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen; you are:

• Collaborative (team spirit);
• Organized (management of tight deadlines);
• Versatile and agile.

You are proficient in English with a C1 level (fluent in both writing and speaking).
