Natixis NY Branch in Paris is seeking a Senior Structurer/Originator for its Fund Financing team. You will originate, structure and distribute financing solutions such as EBF, Hybrid and NAV to diverse clients.

You will build strong client, investor and co-lender relationships while coordinating with internal partners to execute transactions and monitor risk. The role supports growth of Natixis' Fund Financing franchise and its European Global Markets activities.

Qualifications

• Higher education in finance with 4–7 years in fund financing or structured finance.
• Experience in origination and structuring of fund financing solutions (EBF, Hybrid, NAV).
• Strong interpersonal skills, fluent English (C1).

Responsabilités

• Originate, structure and distribute fund financing solutions to clients.
• Promote and maintain relationships with clients, investors and co-lenders.
• Execute transactions with internal partners (legal, risk, middle office).
• Ensure post-closing follow-up and actively manage the portfolio’s risk profile.
• Collaborate on development of new financial products with Natixis teams.
