Internship - Container Business Project Assistant at CMA CGM Group in Marseille combines business and IT elements within the Logistics Department. You will support the Container Sales function, collect requirements from agents worldwide and help shape a BtoB sales platform, with emphasis on data quality and user training.

The role suits a Master’s student from an Engineering or Business School with strong Excel skills, autonomy and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in progress or expected
• Studying at an Engineering or Business School
• Logical and rigorous mindset
• Strong analytical skills, especially in Excel
• Excellent knowledge of IT tools
• Autonomous and able to lead meetings in English
• Curious, proactive and team oriented

Responsabilités

• Develop a BtoB Sales Platform requirements with agents
• Coordinate with IT teams on development and data master
• Create and update customer master data
• Perform tests and train users
• Audit and control sales across countries
• Implement operational reporting on agent performance
• Draft change requests to improve the platform
• Analyze sales data to measure agent performance
