CMA CGM Group in Marseille invites a Group Data Insight and Innovation Senior Specialist to design, build and run agentic AI solutions across the organization. You will work with engineering and design teams to deliver AI-enabled capabilities and maintain production-grade systems.

Ideal candidates have strong DevOps, Python/TypeScript skills and hands-on delivery of AI in production, plus a passion for scalable, secure solutions in a multinational shipping and logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science or engineering.
• 5+ years of software development and/or DevOps with production AI delivery.
• Autonomous, delivery-minded and fast-moving.
• Team player with product and UX sensitivity.
• Strong command of frontend React/TypeScript.
• Backend development with Node.js/TypeScript or Python.
• Familiar with LangChain and LangGraph.
• Experience with Mistral, OpenAI and Anthropic APIs.
• Proficient in AWS, Docker and Kubernetes.
• CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.
• LLMOps observability and cost monitoring.
• Git and collaborative development practices.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Bonus: CMA CGM ecosystem familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Design and build agentic AI solutions (agents, RAG pipelines, tools).
• Deliver vibe-coded applications with AI coding agents and best practices.
• Define, monitor and improve the coding agent harness.
• Implement core agent components: orchestration, state management, memory.
• Build with Python and TypeScript; use LangChain/LangGraph and major LLM APIs.
• Contribute reusable blocks to the Group's AI platform.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI solutions.
• Containerize and deploy workloads on AWS with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Manage environments and Infrastructure as Code.
• Apply Group security and compliance standards.
• Observe, trace and evaluate agent quality in production.
• Monitor reliability, performance and costs of deployments.
• Document architectures and runbooks.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design Studio teams from discovery to delivery.
• Share knowledge and keep a technology watch on the ecosystem.
