Praxy AI in Paris seeks a visionary Chief Technology & Product Officer to lead our technical strategy and product development for AI-powered healthcare solutions, collaborating with healthcare professionals to enhance medical relevance and accuracy of hybrid ASR-LLM systems.

You will manage a 10+ engineer team, drive on-premise infrastructure, and own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch for APIs, chatbots, callbots, and medical software.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of progressive experience in AI/ML with a focus on LLMs and hybrid ASR-LLM systems.
• Proven track record in leading technical teams and delivering AI projects in self-hosted environments.
• Experience in product strategy, development, and healthcare or regulated industries.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the technical roadmap for Praxy AI’s products.
• Lead development of speech-to-text APIs, AI chatbots, and medical software.
• Oversee self-hosted infrastructure and data governance.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to refine models and ensure clinical relevance.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
