Kameleoon, a Paris-based experimentation platform, seeks a Product Manager with 1–3 years of experience to own a key user journey area, including AI orchestration. You will collaborate with design and engineering to translate complex needs into intuitive experiences.

You’ll define roadmaps, track KPIs, and prioritize features while working with stakeholders. English fluency is mandatory; French is a plus. The role is hybrid with a Paris office presence and a strong emphasis on product quality.

Qualifications

• First experience as a Product Manager.
• Degree in a digital or quantitative field.
• Data-driven: comfortable analyzing data to drive product decisions.
• Fluent in English (mandatory); French ideally.
• Technical background can help communicate with engineering teams.

Responsabilités

• Understand customer needs through meetings, workshops and data analysis.
• Define and track product KPIs to measure adoption, engagement and impact.
• Identify strategic opportunities by monitoring market trends and competition.
• Prioritize new features based on user and market knowledge and data.
• Contribute to squad roadmap and manage product backlog.
• Collaborate with Product Designer to craft intuitive UX and provide detailed specs.
• Participate in QA to ensure high product quality.
• Report impact with data-backed conclusions to stakeholders.
