Jobtailor is seeking a technically skilled integration engineer to lead successful platform deployments, work with customers, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure optimal performance. You will develop understanding of products, plan integration activities, deploy and validate solutions in test environments, and provide ongoing customer support.

Strong English skills are required; Spanish language abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft SQL, C++, Java, .NET, DOS, JScript, VBScript, and IT security principles.
• Intermediate understanding of telecommunications systems and cybersecurity concepts.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken). Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for ensuring the successful integration, deployment, and optimal performance of the platforms by working closely with customers and cross-functional internal teams.
• Develop understanding of company’s products and technologies, plan and execute integration activities, monitor project progress, deploy and validate solutions in test environments, and provide ongoing customer support.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, deliver training to customers and support teams, continuously improve integration processes and tools, investigate technical issues, and collaborate with the Development team to resolve complex incidents.
