Jobtailor is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to design and implement client-focused system and network architectures. You will supervise deployments, support migrations, and maintain technical environments across client sites.

You will lead incident management, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and provide dashboards and reports. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to manage upgrades, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in IT, Systems and Networks or equivalent qualification.
• Significant experience in systems and network administration.
• Experience in IT project management and client engagement.
• Strong communication, rigorous and organized.
• Able to manage sensitive environments and coordinating multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Define system and network architectures tailored to client needs.
• Implement or supervise deployment of infrastructures and software solutions.
• Participate in infrastructure evolution, migration, and transformation projects.
• Ensure operational maintenance of technical environments.
• Manage and track technical incidents across client sites.
• Coordinate actions with support teams and technical contacts.
• Establish action plans tailored to requests and incidents.
• Monitor actions through to resolution.
• Communicate regularly with clients on project and action progress.
• Inform clients of planned upgrades, migrations, and scheduled maintenance.
• Provide accurate activity reporting via dashboards and key indicators.
• Track deadlines and ensure commitments are met.
• Update technical documentation for client environments.
• Formalize actions performed and changes implemented.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of infrastructures and processes.
