Alpha FMC, based in Paris, seeks an experienced insurance consulting professional to lead client missions and manage complex projects for major insurers. You will partner with senior leaders to shape delivery and client impact.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in consulting or audit within insurance or Insurtech, strong finance/IT strategy and ESG expertise, and fluency in English and French. Paris-based role with international project exposure.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in consulting or audit within insurance or Insurtech.
• Expertise in Finance, IT strategy, ESG, actuarial science, data management or innovation.
• Fluent English and French at a high level (C1+).
• Ability to manage and mentor junior team members.
• Right to work in France and based in Paris.

Responsabilités

• Lead consulting missions for insurance clients and manage projects.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and client teams to ensure delivery quality.
• Participate in recruitment, training, and business development within the practice.
• Contribute to developing insurance sector offerings and thought leadership.
