You will work on operating model transformations, digital initiatives, compliance, ESG finance, and M&A support, with international exposure and potential inter-office exchanges.

Qualifications

• Experience in a consulting or audit/financial services firm, within Insurance or Insurtech is a plus.
• Expertise in Finance, IT strategy, ESG - Sustainable Finance, Actuarial science, Data management, or Innovation.

Responsabilités

• Lead consulting missions for insurance clients (Life, Non-Life, brokers, reinsurers).
• Drive digital transformation and operating model changes.
• Support Mergers/Acquisitions and regulatory compliance projects.
• Engage in recruitment, training, and business development within the team.
