Qualifications

• Significant experience (5–8 years) in consulting or audit within an insurance player or financial institution.
• Expertise in Finance, IFRS, Investment Accounting, IT strategy, and data is required.
• Proactive, analytical, and able to manage priorities in a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead interviews as part of the recruitment process.
• Carry out consulting missions or manage projects for insurance clients in Paris.
• Collaborate with Finance Transformation teams on operating models and related initiatives.
• Participate in business development and internal training initiatives.

Based in Paris (international travels are frequent), you will carry out consulting missions or manage projects for prestigious clients, leaders of the Insurance market in its multiple components: Life insurers, Non-Life insurers, bank insurers, reinsurers, brokers, mutuals, and other financial institutions.

Theteamsupportstheirclientaroundstrategyconsulting,businesstransformation,actuarialservicesandfinance.

TheteamislookingforconsultantsinitsFinanceTransformationbusinessunit,relatingtothefollowingmajors:

• SupportforFinancialDepartmentsinthetransformationoftheirOperatingModel(evolutionoforganizations,processes,tools)
• Investment accounting and support along tools implementations such as Blackrock Solutions (Aladdin and eFront), SimCorp Dimension, SAP, Clearwater Analytic, etc.
• Accounting,consolidationinmulti-GAAPenvironments(IFRS,localGAAP,…)
