Goodman is seeking an Insurance Manager to oversee the development insurance program for Southern Europe projects (France, Italy, Spain). You’ll ensure risk transfer, regulatory compliance, and effective stakeholder coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

You will report to the Lead Risk, Legal and Compliance and drive procurement, claims handling, and contract risk management across multiple jurisdictions with fluency in English and French as a strong asset.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in construction and/or real estate insurance.
• Strong knowledge of construction insurance programs (CAR/EAR, Decennial, etc.).
• Experience with insurance placements, renewals, claims, and brokers in an international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the insurance programme for Southern Europe (FR, IT, ES) and ensure appropriate risk transfer.
• Lead sourcing, market engagement, and negotiations with brokers and insurers.
• Review contractual insurance provisions and oversee claims management end-to-end.
• Coordinate with EHSS, technical, and legal teams to identify risk and mitigation.
