Goodman Group in Paris is seeking an Insurance Manager to oversee the insurance programme for development projects across Southern Europe (France, Italy, Spain). You will ensure appropriate risk transfer, regulatory compliance, and effective stakeholder coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

• Master's degree in Insurance or related field required.
• 7–10 years in construction/real estate insurance.
• Experience with international brokers and insurers.

Responsabilités

• Development Insurance Procurement: assess, place, and manage policies for Southern Europe (FR, IT, ES) including CAR/EAR, liability and local covers.
• Align placements with risk appetite, financing needs, and lender obligations; optimize limits and cost.
• Lead sourcing, market engagement, and negotiations with brokers and insurers across Southern Europe.
• Monitor market trends and adapt coverage strategy to protect project viability.
• Risk, Claims & Contractual Interface: advise on insurance provisions in contracts and oversee end-to-end claims coordination.
• Compliance & Stakeholder Management: ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions and maintain policy records.
• Manage relationships with brokers, insurers, and internal stakeholders.
