JD.COM is seeking a driven project manager to lead implementation projects for new Large Item delivery and installation capabilities in France and across Europe. You will assess partners, onboard suppliers, and coordinate cross-functional actions to ensure smooth rollouts.

You will manage performance through KPIs and SLAs, maintain stakeholder relationships, and drive improvements in processes and SOPs while working independently across several countries and projects.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of relevant experience in last-mile logistics, home delivery, transportation, field services or a comparable environment.
• Experience working with 3PLs, DSPs, subcontractors or other external service providers.
• Strong project-management and implementation experience.
• Experience managing operational performance through KPIs and SLAs.
• Strong stakeholder-management and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-changing international environment, bringing structure and planning while
• remaining adaptable and constructively challenging existing ways of working when needed.
• Comfortable working independently across multiple countries and projects.
