Jobtailor in Paris is seeking a seasoned Senior SRE and Infrastructure Lead to align engineering delivery with business priorities. You will lead and mentor teams while driving cloud architecture, automation, and reliability across platforms.

Responsibilities include shaping the technology roadmap, ensuring security and cost efficiency, and promoting observability and operational excellence through robust IaC practices and modern containerized environments.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of relevant infrastructure / platform / SRE experience.
• At least 4 years of experience managing or operationally leading technical teams.
• Strong experience designing and optimizing complex cloud architectures for high-volume or business-critical systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and automation.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.
• Experience with virtualization, containerization, and serverless infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, observability, monitoring, and production reliability.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support engineers, ensuring delivery aligns with technical and business priorities
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and development of infrastructure talent
• Drive the evolution of cloud and infrastructure architecture
• Define technical priorities across reliability, scalability, security, and cost efficiency
• Promote automation, resilience, observability, and operational excellence
• Contribute to the medium- and long-term technology roadmap
• Guide decisions around software platforms, security protocols, and scaling strategies
• Coordinate SRE and reliability initiatives across the organization
• Improve engineering practices, technical standards, and knowledge sharing
