- Significant experience in software development and technical leadership.

- Proficiency in the .NET environment and modern architectures.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and guide architectural direction.
- Coach and support developers daily.
- Ensure code quality through best practices and reviews.
- Design robust, high-performance, scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, Business, Project, and Infrastructure teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective).
- Drive continuous improvement and modernization of the information system.
- Advance DevOps, CI/CD, and Cloud practices.
- Monitor delivery commitments and timelines.
