Next Ventures is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join a long-term EUC and Field Services project. You will provide desk-side support across an enterprise environment and coordinate regional activities.

You will work from Le Mans or Angers, leveraging ITIL processes and strong communication to resolve incidents, manage SLAs, and document improvements for scalable EUC and field service operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or EUC.
• Strong ITIL knowledge covering Incident, Problem, Service Request, IMAC and Break-Fix.
• Experience supporting Windows desktops/laptops, printers, smartphones and other end-user devices.
• Proficient in French and English communication and documentation.

IT Support Specialist – EUC / Field Services

Contract: Freelance | Long-term 5-Year Project

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join a long-term enterprise IT project supporting End User Computing (EUC) and Field Services.

Responsibilities

• Provide Desk-Side / IT Support across an enterprise environment.
• Support service transition, knowledge transfer and process documentation.
• Analyse SLAs, KPIs, ticket volumes, assets and resource requirements.
• Coordinate regional support activities and manage workload.
• Review and manage tickets in line with agreed SLAs.
• Work closely with customers and third-party service providers.
• Support hardware asset management and vendor activities.
• Document and improve existing EUC and Field Service processes.

Requirements

• Experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, Desk-Side Support or EUC.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, Service Request, IMAC and Break-Fix.
• Experience supporting Windows desktops/laptops, printers, smartphones and other end-user devices.
• Knowledge of SLA/KPI management.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Professional working proficiency in French and English.
• Based in or able to work from Le Mans or Angers.
