OKX Europe is building a local influencer program from zero to hero, establishing a roster of Tier 1-2 voices in key European markets to drive sentiment and amplify launches. You will own roster building, content operations that feed campaigns, and a 24/7 response system for sentiment events.

You will map targets, mine competitor amplifiers, run outreach, acquire and negotiate creator deals, and maintain campaign templates and localized asset kits while delivering regular narrative refreshes to

Qualifications

• Proven track record running influencer/creator programs in crypto, fintech or payments.
• Experience building ranked outreach target lists with verified followers.
• Ability to negotiate with creators on non-cash-per-conversion terms.
• Strong data mindset: track acquisition, engagement, ROI and other metrics.
• Comfortable being judged on SOV/sentiment and response speed rather than ROAS.
• Fluency in at least one EU market language and English.

Responsabilités

• Map and rank Tier 1 targets across crypto, fintech, finance, and sports channels.
• Mine competitor amplifiers and track top podcasts by market.
• Direct outreach and pipeline management for influencers.
• Negotiate deals and convert high-potential influencers into partners.
• Create brief templates by campaign type and maintain asset kits.
• Distribute narrative refresh to the roster on a defined cadence.
