Monks in Paris seeks a senior influencer marketing leader to grow our French business and opportunities within EMEA clients. You will bridge strategy, client growth, and people management as the external face at events and keynotes, shaping Monks' local influence practice.

You will lead the influencer team across France and EMEA, drive high-budget pitches, build senior relationships, and partner with cross-functional teams to scale campaigns while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

7–10+ years in social media strategy and influencer marketing in fast-paced agencies.
Proven leadership managing multi-level teams and large creator campaigns.
Fluent in French and English for local and international client relationships.

Responsabilités

Lead strategic pitches and drive revenue growth with anchor accounts in France and EMEA.
Build senior-level client relationships as trusted advisor on influencer strategy.
Develop account growth plans aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with EMEA Ops and cross-functional teams to integrate owned, earned, and paid media.
Lead influencer team across France and EMEA; conduct performance reviews.
Ensure campaigns comply with local French regulations.
