Ingenio, a global media and tech company, offers a Creative Growth Marketing Apprentice in Paris. You will report to the Head of Acquisition Europe and gain hands-on experience across creative content, paid media, landing pages, CRM, UX and AI.

You’ll prototype campaigns, design assets for Google, Meta and TikTok, edit short-form videos, and adapt content for multiple European markets while using AI tools to accelerate production.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master's degree in Digital Marketing or related field.
• Previous internship or project experience in digital marketing or content creation is a plus.
• Strong interest in growth marketing, AI, and paid media.
• Proficiency with Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Video editing experience with CapCut or Premiere Pro.

Responsabilités

• Create compelling creative concepts for campaigns and assets.
• Design assets for Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and other channels.
• Edit short-form videos for Reels, UGC, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
• Adapt creative assets for multiple European markets.
• Use AI tools to accelerate creative production.
• Support landing page optimization and UX improvements.
• Assist with CRM campaigns and A/B testing.
• Explore AI tools to enhance content production.
