Monks, a global digital-first agency, seeks a senior influencer marketing leader based in Paris to drive growth across France and the wider EMEA. You will lead senior relationships, develop tailored growth plans, and collaborate with Strategy, Creative, Data, and Paid Media to bridge owned, earned, and paid channels.

You will guide a cross-market team, establish scalable workflows, and mentor leaders while staying compliant with local influencer regulations.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in social media strategy and influencer marketing management.
• Experience leading high-budget influencer campaigns across France and EMEA.
• Proven leadership with multi-level teams and external-facing events.

Responsabilités

• Act as the strategic lead on complex, high-budget pitches and drive revenue growth across key anchor accounts in France and the broader EMEA region.
• Build deep, senior-level relationships to serve as the trusted advisor clients call when they have a strategic influencer question.
• Develop a clear growth plan for each account aligned with business objectives to drive organic growth.
• Partner with EMEA Operations and cross-functional teams to bridge owned, earned, and paid media.
• Lead and manage the influencer team across France and EMEA markets, conducting performance reviews.
• Ensure workflows and tools are used, including Captive8 and KPI estimation systems.
