Solvay in La Rochelle, France, is seeking a Process & Industrialization Engineer to join the APP team. You will contribute to industrial feasibility validation, transfer of new products from R&I to production, and design of new manufacturing lines.

The role requires collaboration with R&I, business teams, central engineering and procurement, and involves qualifying products through industrial trials and optimizing production tools.

Qualifications

• Chemical engineering knowledge required.
• Experience with data analysis and digital tools preferred.
• Strong understanding of industrialization processes and tooling.

Responsabilités

• Industrial feasibility validation: assess transfers of new R&I products to production.
• Industrial expertise support: provide production know-how to R&I and participate in risk analyses.
• Product qualification: validate performance from industrial trials and prepare qualification dossiers.
• Technical specification alignment: validate specs with business and propose industrialization actions.
• Process & tool optimization: contribute to production tooling and new process design.
