Clariant is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join the technical department in Île-de-France. You will lead implementation and sizing of manufacturing processes for ingredients, consolidating knowledge with subcontractors and driving process improvement and cost optimization.

With a Master’s in Process or Chemical Engineering and at least 5 years in the process industry, you will collaborate across teams, manage projects, and travel 10-15% in Europe.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in process/chemical engineering with ≥5 years in process industries.
• Versatile across engineering disciplines; curious and proactive.
• Strong knowledge of process optimization techniques and lean/Six Sigma.
• Autonomous, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Participate in and deploy the Group's EMEA industrial strategy (projects & budgets).
• Collaborate across departments for industrialization of new references with tools, subcontractors, standards and certifications.
• Develop processes from pilot to industrial scale and establish cost baselines.
• Draft specifications and supervise scale-ups, changes, risk analyses and continuous improvement.
