Solvay in La Rochelle, France, is seeking a Process & Industrialization Engineer to join the APP team. You will contribute to industrial feasibility validation, transfer of new products from R&I to production, and design of new manufacturing lines.
The role requires collaboration with R&I, business teams, central engineering and procurement, and involves qualifying products through industrial trials and optimizing production tools.

Our Assistance Technique, Procédés & Projets (APP) team, composed of 8 people, is integrated into the site management department and focuses on continuous process optimization, design and qualification of new manufacturing lines, in collaboration with R&I, business teams, central engineering and procurement. As an Process & Industrialization Engineer, you will work on industrial feasibility validation, product and process qualification, and production tool optimization to support the deployment of new strategic product ranges. Relevant education degree or equivalent in process engineering or chemical engineering. Relevant work experience (3–5 years) in industrialization, process engineering, or a similar role.
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is:
€49,920 – €62,400 per year in France
Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
