You will collaborate with multiple departments, oversee scale-ups, and drive techno-economic solutions to reduce production costs while training production teams and ensuring compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Process Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
• 5+ years of professional experience in the process industry.
• Knowledge of process optimization techniques, lean manufacturing and Six Sigma.

Responsabilités

• Design and optimize processes for manufacturing of ingredients.
• Lead process development from pilot to industrial scale and cost estimation.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, risk analyses and training of production teams.
• Collaborate across departments to industrialize new references and scale-up processes.
• Explore techno-economic solutions to reduce production costs.
