You will work closely with the RD&E and the Bagneaux-sur-Loing plant to develop and industrialize innovative processes, defining transfer criteria and supporting equipment evolution.

• Engineering degree from a leading school is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial R&D.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Developing and understanding processes currently under development.
• Acting as the key interface between the manufacturing plant and the Technology Center.
• Conducting studies to support equipment and process evolution and assessing transfer readiness.
• Leading and contributing to resolution of technical issues.
• Defining criteria for transferring processes into production.
• Liaising with RD&E divisions.
