You will join the Corporate Process Engineering team, working closely with the production, logistics, quality, maintenance, R&D, and procurement departments, as well as with other Process Engineering teams at the Group’s sites. Reporting to the Corporate Process Engineering Manager, you will define and implement the resources needed to industrialize products while meeting safety, quality, cost, and timeline objectives in an international and cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead new product industrialization projects, from defining requirements and consulting with suppliers through to the approval and implementation of production resources.
- Design production lines, workstations, tooling, and associated workflows; define automation and robotization options; and create the work instructions and operating procedures necessary for the start of production.
- Create, submit, and implement Group standards related to production equipment, technologies, and industrialization practices, then support their adoption by the sites.
- Support sites in introducing new technologies and seek robust, standardized solutions that are easily replicable across multiple locations.
- Prepare the handover of new production equipment to local teams and train production, methods, and maintenance teams on the newly installed equipment and tools.
- Participate in discussions within the global Methods community, capitalize on lessons learned, and promote knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in a technical or industrial field.
- Strong proficiency in automated and robotic industrial processes, particularly assembly processes.
- Proficiency in industrial project management, risk analysis, and quality tools—including FMEA, 8D, and problem-solving methods, with a strong focus on workplace safety and ergonomics.
- Good understanding of digital production tools and their interactions, including ERP, MES, CMMS, PLM, traceability, and data reporting.
- Fluent English (B2/C1).
