Jobtailor is seeking a Planning Technician to streamline short- and mid-term schedules across industrial operations in Hauts‑de‑France. You will coordinate field technicians, balance workloads and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.

You'll analyse performance indicators, optimize task grouping by priorities, and maintain safety standards while ensuring tools and resources are available and compliant with internal processes.

Qualifications

• Hold a two-year degree (or equivalent).
• Experience in an industrial, maintenance, or energy-related environment.
• Experience in dispatching, planning, or coordinating technical operations.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis, data extraction).
• Ability to interpret performance indicators and translate them into concrete actions.
• Good IT skills with the ability to work across multiple tools and systems.
• Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, or similar systems.
• Intermediate level of English (minimum B2 – written and spoken).
