Jobtailor is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to help integrate, operate and optimise client IT environments in Toulouse. You will define hardware configurations, install software, validate configurations and document procedures and architectures.

The role emphasizes service orientation, strong communication, and rigorous delivery. You will work with a team to maintain environments, analyze incidents and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in a technical field (IT, Systems & Networks).
• Some experience in a systems environment (preferred).
• Service-oriented with the ability to respond effectively to requests.
• Active listening and an ability to understand client needs.
• Rigour and high standards for the quality of deliverables.
• Commitment to project success.
• Good interpersonal skills and a team-player mentality.
• A good command of English is a plus.
