Job summary

IFS is seeking an Industry GTM Lead for Construction & Engineering to drive growth using AI-powered solutions within targeted verticals. You will partner with sales, pre-sales, R&D and services to mobilize offerings and shape go-to-market strategies.

You will operate as a player-coach, combining domain expertise, commercial fluency, and leadership experience to deliver customer value while aligning teams across the portfolio and AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Significant practical and management experience in the enterprise software industry.
• Commercial solutioning experience including envisaging, defining, scoping and scaling offerings.
• Ability to discuss practical examples of unlocking customer value in business terms.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize near-term revenue opportunities.
• Align sales teams and prepare for customer workshops.
• Act as a domain expert for AI capabilities within the industry vertical.
