AMINA MUADDI is seeking a motivated intern to join the E-Business team. You will support the Head of department and the Digital Commerce & Customer Experience Executive in daily operations, helping manage the website, supporting the Milan customer care team, and assisting on CRM topics.

• Fluent in French and English; Italian is a plus
• Strong interest in fashion and tech
• Organized and detail-oriented; comfortable with Excel and digital tools
• Hands-on and reliable in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilités

• Support the rollout of new markets and translations (website pages, content)
• Manage and update website translations to ensure consistency
• Assist the Milan-based customer care team with inquiries and omnichannel efforts
• Support CRM topics and newsletter preparation via Klaviyo
• Assist in updating reports and basic analysis for sales, operations, and customer insights
• Coordinate with retail teams to align processes between stores and e-commerce

As part of the AMINA MUADDI E-Business team, you will support the Head of department and the Digital Commerce & Customer Experience Executive in daily operations.

You will help manage the website, support the customer care team in Milan and assist on CRM topics. The internship has a strong focus on international development (translations and new markets) and omnichannel coordination with retail teams.

You will work closely with different teams to ensure smooth operations and a consistent customer experience across all markets.

Key Missions

• Support the rollout of new markets
• Manage and update website translations (product pages, content)
• Ensure consistency across all localized versions of the website

E-commerce Front Operations

• Assist with product and content updates on Shopify
• Support catalog checks (SKU, basic data, stock visibility)
• Monitor the website and report issues

Customer Care & Back-Office Operations

• Support daily customer care tasks (returns, exchnage, tracking, refunds) using tools such as Shopify, Gorgias, Baback and Global-e
• Assist the Milan-based customer care team with their inquiries
• Support the development of omnichannel services with retail teams
• Help align processes between stores and e-commerce (returns, stock, customer journey)

CRM & Digital Support

• Assist in preparing newsletters via Klaviyo
• Support basic campaign follow-up

Reporting & Data

• Assist in updating reports (sales, operations, customer insights)
• Support basic analysis

Who You Are

Student in business, digital or marketing

Fluent in French and English, Italian is a plus

Strong interest in fashion and tech

Organized and detail-oriented

Comfortable with Excel and digital tools

Hands-on and reliable

Able to work in a fast-paced environment
