Back Market is seeking an ambitious Seller Activation Intern (Onboarding & Seller Support) in Paris. You will drive growth by activating thousands of potential sellers, prioritizing opportunities, and coordinating cross-functional improvements across Europe and the US.

You will work with Salesforce and Excel to analyze seller data, guide onboarding journeys, and help design scalable processes. This 6-month internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-growing European tech company.

Qualifications

• 6-month full-time internship (Gap Year or End of Studies welcome).
• Fluent English - youll be the voice of Back Market to international sellers.
• Excel proficiency including pivot tables and data analysis capabilities.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail - manage high-volume, process-intensive workflows.
• Passionate about business development/sales with a keen eye for identifying opportunities.
• Structured approach to work with ability to prioritize effectively in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Seller Management: Qualify and prioritize thousands of potential sellers for business potential and strategic fit.
• Business Development: Provide professional consultation and support via Salesforce, guiding sellers through onboarding to activation.
• Data-Driven Prioritization: Use Excel and Salesforce to analyze seller profiles, create strategic reports, identify opportunities.
• Projects: Own improvement projects end-to-end, identify pain points, automate repetitive tasks, drive solutions with manager support.
• International Impact: Communicate with sellers across Europe and the US to drive business growth.
