Qevlar AI is seeking a Legal Counsel with a strong focus on commercial law to support our go-to-market efforts. You will structure, negotiate, and scale commercial contracts for a B2B SaaS environment, collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in-house, experience with international contracts, and fluency in French and English, enabling fast-paced growth while managing risk.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of in-house experience in a B2B SaaS company (cybersecurity, data, or AI)
• Strong background in commercial law and contract negotiation
• Experience with international contracts (US/EU)
• Experience partnering with Sales / GTM teams
• Fluent in French and English

Responsabilités

• Own commercial contracts end-to-end (MSAs, DPAs, SaaS, vendor contracts)
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to support deal cycles
• Enable go-to-market pricing structures and legal frameworks
• Build scalable legal processes with templates and playbooks
• Provide pragmatic risk guidance and support data protection and compliance
