SUMMIT Entertainment Venture is launching SUMMIT Paris, a landmark immersive destination uniting art, architecture, technology, hospitality and entertainment. We seek an experienced A/V and Media Engineer to operate, maintain and support cutting-edge audiovisual and media systems for exhibits and shows.

As one of four full-time technology staff, you will collaborate with Marketing and Sales, manage maintenance, diagnose issues, and help deliver events and programs that delight visitors from

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a retail/hospitality AV environment.
• Experience leading service-oriented teams.
• Knowledge of DMX/Art-Net/sACN show-control protocols.
• Good written and spoken English and French.

Responsabilités

• Oversee audiovisual systems including immersive theater and a large-format media wall.
• Maintain a proactive maintenance plan and monitor system performance.
• Provide first-level diagnostics and coordinate external vendors to resolution.
• Support critical site flow systems (ticketing, admissions, POS) with IT and partners.
• Track incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Assist Marketing and Sales in events and programs planning and execution.
