Job summary

Belden in Lyon is seeking a Senior Specialist Partner Marketing EMEA to lead the execution of the EMEA partner marketing strategy and drive measurable funnel contribution by joint initiatives with partners. You will collaborate cross-functionally, manage budgets, and optimize partner programs, events, content and campaigns, reporting ROI.

The role requires 5+ years in B2B marketing, fluency in French and English, and a track record of creative, data-driven marketing with strong collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in partner/channel landscape.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business or related field.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong communication, analytical and collaboration skills.
• Creative and data-driven with results orientation.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of the EMEA partner marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and EMEA Partner Sales goals.
• Develop and execute strategic joint marketing plans and initiatives with partners to drive awareness, engagement and demand for Belden solutions and products, with measurable funnel contribution.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop content and campaigns tailored to partner needs.
• Own and manage your partner Co-Op/MDF budget, ensuring effective allocation, tracking, and reporting on marketing investment ROI.
• Manage the partner portal, including user access, content updates and communications, to ensure a seamless partner experience.
